Hilary Swank is pregnant with twins: I can’t believe it!

The movie “The Next Karate Kid” made the 48-year-old actress famous for the first time. Hilary Swank said on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday that she is having twins.

The Academy Award-winning actress made the announcement on a morning talk show where she was promoting her new show, “Alaska Daily.” She told the show’s hosts and all of America.

The actress, who is 48 years old, said she is pregnant and also said she is going to have twins. “I’ve wanted this for a long time, and the next thing is that I’m going to be a mom!” Swank said. “I’m going to be a mom, not just to one child, but to two,” she said.

She also said, “It’s so nice to be able to talk about it and share it” and that she “can’t believe it.” Swank and her husband, Philip Schneider, to whom she has been married since 2018, will have their first child together.

Swank talked more about her pregnancy on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” later that day. She said that she is now in her second trimester and that everyone was surprised by her announcement earlier, including her “Alaska Daily” crew, who also found out about her pregnancy when she first told them on air.

Right now, I feel great. It feels great to finally be able to say it. The actress said, “I’ve been on set, and my crew didn’t know I was pregnant until now.” My clothes have stopped fitting, so I had to cut my jeans open the other day.

Then I put on a jacket that didn’t make sense, and they said, “That doesn’t make sense.” I said… I’m going to make it work.’ She says, “You can do it if you’re an executive producer, but this is weird.”

During the interview, co-host Ryan Seacrest asked Swank if she was scared about going from having no kids to having two. Swank said that it just made her pregnancy more exciting and she wasn’t too surprised to be having twins because both her and her husband’s families have them.

“Two are twins!” It’s twice as exciting! “she said. “Both my grandmother and my husband’s grandmother were twins, so twins are in our family tree.”

Swank is on a tour to promote the new ABC show “Alaska Daily,” which will start on Thursday. She plays Eileen Fitzgerald, a disgraced reporter who quits her job at a famous newspaper in New York to work at a small paper in Anchorage, Alaska, as part of a journey of self-discovery and redemption.

When she played Julie Pierce in “The Next Karate Kid,” the fourth movie in the Karate Kid series, it was her big break. Soon after that, Swank was in a lot of movies that were well-liked by critics.

In “Boys Don’t Cry,” Swank played Brandon Teena, a transgender boy living in a small town in Nebraska, just five years after her big break. Swank won her first Academy Award for Best Leading Actress for her work in the film, and she won again for her role as a female boxer in “Million Dollar Baby” in 2005.

I don’t know what I did to deserve all this in this life. I’m just a trailer park girl with a dream. ” “I never thought anything like this would happen, let alone be nominated,” she said in her 2005 Oscar acceptance speech. And, for that matter, an actor who works…and this. I appreciate the academy. I will always be thankful to you for this great honor.
